Third Party Authorized Trainings
We provide authorized training by standard bodies like Sense & Respond, Kanban University, Scrum Alliance etc. Please refer to their terms and conditions before registering for any third part workshop/courses offered by us
By registering for an authorized workshop / session, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective authorization bodies. You information will be shared to the authorization bodies for processing your completion document. The certification / badge (if any) will be issued by the respective bodies and participants will independently manage their membership with the individual bodies.
Online Trainings, Workshops & Intellectual Property
Online Training shall be conducted on ZOOM / MS Team / Google meet - Recording of the video or taking screenshot is strictly prohibited unless explicit written permission is granted in advance.
The course materials are confidential and are the intellectual property (IP) of VersionLean (An Initiative of CodeSports Ai) The materials are is only meant to be used by the registered participants and you MUST not copy, reproduce or distribute the content with acquiring written permission from us.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for loss or damages resulting from the use of our online or offline workshop / sessions / course materials / use of course materials / use of tips and techniques taught as part of the session.
No warranty is made, expressed or implied, that the Materials are free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. The Materials are provided "as is" without any representation, warranty or guarantee of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
